RESULTS: Bruins in the Olympics Day One
Loui Eriksson and David Krejci met up today as the Men’s Olympic Hockey Tournament got underway. Eriksson and Team Sweden were the winners over Krejci’s Czech Republic by a score of 4-2. Sweden played a fast and offensive game that took advantage of suspect goaltending from the Czech’s, chasing Jakub Kovar after 3 goals for Alexander Salak who let in one more. Eriksson ended with 0 points on 2 shots on goal and 18:37 of ice time, Krejci with 0 points on 0 shots on goal and 19:36 of ice time.
There is only one more Bruin vs Bruin game in the group round, which won’t be until Sunday when Patrice Bergeron and Team Canada take on Tuukka Rask and Team Finland. But three of the four games on Thursday will feature Bruins players. See the schedule below!
