RESULTS: Bruins in the Olympics Day Four

Today’s Bruins action left Zdeno Chara and Team Slovakia without a win so far in the tournament as they lost 1-3 to Slovenia. Zdeno Chara and a struggling Slovakian team will play Russia tomorrow. This leaves them 0-2 in Group A and unlikely to make headway in the rankings.

Team Sweden won their match-up against Latvia 5-3 in a special teams exhibition that saw 6 of the 8 goals scored on the power-play. They finish 3-0 in the Group Round tournament, winning Group C and earning a bye into the Quarterfinals.  David Krejci and the Czech Republic also played their final Group Round game against Switzerland but lost 0-1, they end 3rd in Group C and wait to see who they face in the Qualification round.

Canada and Finland are playing a marquee game tomorrow at 12:00 pm. Finland is currently at the top of Group B with a 2-0 record, edging Canada who have the same record but one less goal in the Goal Differential tie breaker. Patrice Bergeron may not see Tuukka Rask in net after the performance Kari Lehtonen displayed against Norway, but it will be an exciting match-up to watch. UPDATE: Rask WILL get the start for Finland!
